I’ve donated to causes like this before, never ever did I think that I would have to be on the receiving end of one. Lia’s medical bills are piling up, medical aid is exhausted and they are not approving her very expensive epilepsy meds on chronic. There are still EEGs to be done, blood tests, genetic testing and of course, almost most important of them all, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech therapy. I so desperately dream of the day that she will sit and play with her beautiful collection of dolls and say “Mamma”. So if you want to, if you can, please donate.
